Ingredients

  1. 400g / 14oz Boneless Neck Chicken Thigh
  2. 200g / 7oz uncooked pasta
  3. 250g / 9oz of Butternut Squash for cubes
  4. 200g / 7oz carrots, diced
  5. 200g / 7oz for salesmen, cubes
  6. 1 onion, diced
  7. 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  8. 1 tsp pepper
  9. 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
  10. pinch of chilli powder
  11. a pinch of cumin
  12. 8.5 cups / 2 liters of chicken stock
  13. 1/2 cup frozen peas
  14. fresh chopped parsley
  15. Cooking oil spray
  16. salt and black pepper


Instructions

  1. Spray a large pot over medium high heat with a cooking oil spray
  2. Add chicken, peppers, chilli, cumin, onion powder, a little salt and black pepper and cook until browned, removed and canceled.
  3. Spray the pot a little more on the cooking oil spray, add the onion, celery and carrot and a little stock in the burner pan and fry for a few minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add Butternut Squash and Garlic, Chicken back, add mixed herbs and stock, boil and boil for about 8 minutes until the vegetables are tender
