PANDORO WITHOUT LACTOSE

 PANDORO WITHOUT LACTOSE

PRESENTATION:

Our lactose-free pandoro is a dessert that you can not miss in your Christmas party menu. This dessert, in fact, good to eat and nice to see, is ideal to serve at the end of the meal during the holidays, to surprise relatives and friends with a sweet flavor (and appearance) spectacular!

Few ingredients will be enough to prepare it and, of course, the undisputed star of this preparation is the cream, soft and delicate thanks to the use of our Mascarpone Senza Lattosio, which makes the dessert suitable for everyone's tastes, even those who have chosen to follow a diet without this component.

Particularly delicate is the filling phase of your lactose-free pandoro and of assembling, taking care to offset the layers so as to recreate the appearance of a Christmas tree, entirely covered with melted chocolate. Do you already feel your mouth watering? Well, then try our lactose-free pandoro!

PREPARATION:

Before starting to prepare the recipe, it is important to take some small measures to get the best result:
be sure to get Mascarpone Santa Lucia out of the fridge about 30 minutes before preparation;

make sure the eggs are at room temperature before starting the preparation.

Start preparing your pandoro without lactose by whipping the eggs together with the sugar until you obtain a light and fluffy mixture.

Now add the Mascarpone Senza Lattosio Santa Lucia and mix well. Place your mascarpone cream in the fridge.

Meanwhile, cut the pandoro horizontally into slices about 3 cm thick.

Place the base on a serving dish and cover with mascarpone cream, spreading it evenly with a spoon or a spatula.

Now place the second slice of pandoro (remember to lay the slices in a staggered way, without adhering the edges, in order to obtain a pandoro similar to a Christmas tree) and cover it with cream.

Proceed in this way until the pandoro discs are finished.

At this point melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and, once ready, let it pour over the pandoro, in order to cover it.

Melt your lactose-free pandoro in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.

CURIOSITY:

In the pandoro lactose-free recipe we showed you how to fill this product with one of the most delicious creams such as mascarpone.

But if you do not want to wait for the month of December to taste one of the most loved leavened desserts of Christmas, you can make a homemade lactose-free pandoro at home. The process is quick and its fragrance and taste will have nothing to envy to that prepared in pastry.

Start by setting the eggs. Then add the melted margarine and immediately after the gluten-free flour, the sugar, the lactose-free yoghurt, the mother yeast or baking powder and the vanillin. Stir until a dough is hard and finally add the salt and soy milk.

Leave to rise for at least an hour in a warm place and then bake. When cooked, let it cool before sprinkling it with powdered sugar or cocoa powder.
