(They are pasteurized cream and the chance Salmonella's eggs are eliminated.) Safe eggs cook and taste the same regular eggs, plus I love the little red P stamed egg. Just FYI, if you want to make this recipe for sugar free. You can-it works great. I propose cutting off sweetener as an alternative to sugar. It works great instead of sugar. And of course, leave Graham's cookies out!

Lemon Mousse with Strawberries
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 8 egg yolks
- Zest 2 lemons
- 8 to 10 strawberries minced, plus more garnish (I'd suggest using even more, strawberries were so nami!)
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy peeling cream
- 1 3/4 Cup Graham cracked cracker flakes
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
- Combine 1 cup of sugar, lemon juice, 8 egg yolks and lemon cream in a small saucepan. Sebima to connect.
- Over medium heat, stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
- Cook until the mixture is thick enough to return the coat to a spoon of wood for about 7 minutes.
- Place the lemon blend in the fridge and chill until cool, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, mix Graham cracker flakes and / or mix up well.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the heavy shell mid-cups to medium-peak shapes.

Let's talk about how I'm obsessed with this funfetti muffin. They're adorable, they taste great, and they're just one Weight Watchers point each. If you follow a new program, they are only 1.5 points Freestyle. I made them and shared with my mother and grandmother, introducing them to our new favorite muffins.
Pete and I really like them too. I mean, how can you not?
They use the same technique as our lemon carrot muffins and muffins, if you have used our recipes for people before. If you haven't, then, don't worry. Follow this recipe. You will like it. Trust me.

What do you need:
- 1 Funfetti cake mix box
- 5.3oz. vanilla Greek yogurt container
- 1 cup of water
What will you do:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine three ingredients in a large bowl.
- Fill each cavity in a 24 mini muffin pan cavity around 3/4 way.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
- This recipe will make two batches of mini muffins, so you can either use two mini muffin pans, or you bake the second batch. If you go with a second batch, it might be faster than your first batch of roast. So make sure to keep an eye on it.
